January Update

I joined a Christmas Sal hosted by Yoyo over at Dragon My Needle info and sign up can be found here http://dragonmyneedle.blogspot.com/2009/11/christmas-design-sal.html . My choice was "Polar Santa" by Dimensions. After a rocky start here is my January progress. My hope is it will be finished and framed for this Christmas, keep your fingers and toes crossed for me.

Pear Tree

I'm so happy to have the "Pear Tree" by Little House Needlework's done. I stitched this on 32 count linen over 1 and the frog made too many visits to count. The stitching gremlin made a surprise visit to my house and made off with my Mill Hill beads for it so I have ordered more will post another pic as soon as I have them on and stitched up into my ornament.

New to the blogging world

Hope I do everything right as blogging goes, it will be a learning experience that's for sure. I'm not exactly computer savvy, but I'll hope for the best. My first attempt to start a blog ...... will be posting my stitching projects of 2010. I thought this would help me keep a record of my progress hopefully it will keep me on track. As you can guess this is a stitching blog.Hopefully will be back later with some pics of my work in progress for this year.
